Some geographies also carry a formal local certification decision. This page is the live, governed record of those decisions; it is generated from the certification store, never hand-written. Certification describes ClearPath's own verification of its local coverage — it never implies an official relationship with, or endorsement by, any government.

- No formal certification decision covers this place yet. Answers are served from the strongest available authority — often state and federal rules — and say so.
