Where ClearPath works

ClearPath answers disposal questions everywhere it recognizes a ZIP code — using the strongest governing authority available for that place. Some geographies also carry a formal local certification decision. This page is the live, governed record of those decisions; it is generated from the certification store, never hand-written. Certification describes ClearPath's own verification of its local coverage — it never implies an official relationship with, or endorsement by, any government.

The four certification states

Local guidance certified
A formal, current certification decision covers this place, and the local rule catalog serves answers here.
Local guidance — with limits
A formal certification exists with recorded limitations — local answers are served with those limits disclosed.
Local certification unavailable
A formal decision recorded that local guidance can't be certified here yet; a safe higher-authority baseline is served instead.
Not yet certified here
No formal certification decision covers this place yet. Answers are served from the strongest available authority — often state and federal rules — and say so.

Live certification status

The live, place-by-place certification list loads here from ClearPath's governed certification record.

Everywhere else

In places without a formal certification decision, ClearPath still answers — honestly labeled with the authority the answer actually uses, and with its sources shown. Certification status always appears with the answer itself, so you never have to guess how locally complete it is.
