    Both Hennepin County HHW facilities accept TVs free. Ramsey County's Bay West facility (5 Empire Dr, St Paul) also accepts TVs. Certified e-Stewards / R2 recyclers handle the leaded glass safely.

    Donation (working flat-panels < 8 years old)

    Goodwill, Salvation Army, and Furniture Banks Network accept working flat-panel TVs less than 7-8 years old. Old CRT TVs are typically no longer accepted by charities.
